Refnanny shouldn't affect execution flow

Description

The refnanny shouldn't raise an exception as that changes program flow, making debugging more difficult conceptually etc etc

However it would be nice if runtests.py did some communication with refnanny.pyx in order to still fail individual testcases.

This has been fixed. It prints out errors which will make (non-error raising) doctests fail.
